Douglas A. Berebitsky, M.D. graduated from Indiana University in 1992. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1999. Dr. Berebitsky completed his internship at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN, and his anesthesia residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. He obtained his board certification in 2005 and is currently practicing with Anesthesia Consultants of Indianapolis.
